By using this website or staying at The Claire Hotel, you agree to the terms below.
Using this website
The content of this site is provided for information. We work to keep rates, availability and descriptions accurate, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is free of error, and we may change it without notice. Photography shows the property as it was when photographed.
The text, photography, logos and design of this site belong to The Claire Hotel or our licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission.
Reservations
A reservation is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us or our booking provider. Rates are per room, per night, and exclude applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
The guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and present government-issued identification and a credit or debit card at booking. We do not accept cash.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee, subject to availability.
There is no front desk. Rooms are accessed with a smart lock, and you must contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival to receive your access details.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation terms are shown at the time of booking and vary by rate and by offer. Length-of-stay discounts carry a 48-hour cancellation policy. Promotional rates may carry minimum stays, blackout dates and other restrictions, which are stated with the offer.
During your stay
Pets are welcome at $40 per pet, per night, to a maximum of two pets. Pets may not be left unattended in the room. Service animals are exempt from the fee.
We do not provide cribs, rollaway beds or extra beds. Self parking is free and onsite. Guests are responsible for damage to the room, the property or its grounds, and we may charge the card on file for it.
The pool, grills, playground and lawns are used at your own risk. Please supervise children at all times.
Events
Weddings, celebrations and group bookings are governed by a separate written agreement covering deposits, guest counts, timings and cancellation. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of event space.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, The Claire Hotel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your stay, and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Comal County have jurisdiction over any dispute.
